Consolidated American Services (CAS) Announces Appointment of CEO
Toni Portmann to Focus on Strategic Expansion of Property Services Company

Dallas, Texas (October 29, 2008) - Consolidated American Services (CAS) announces the appointment of Toni Portmann as Chief Executive Officer of the fast-growing property and asset management services company. Since 2006, CAS has achieved rapid revenue growth, posting gains of over 250 percent.

Toni brings more than 30 years of executive and management experience to her new role and is focused on building and expanding the company's uniquely integrated property and asset management services platform. CAS goes beyond traditional property management services with value-add businesses such as renovation construction, financial advisory and insurance services, energy procurement, and national purchasing.

"Toni provides the strategic insight and leadership necessary to keep us at the forefront of the industry," said CAS Chairman Keith Miles. "She will work closely with the leadership of Riverstone Residential Group and our other CAS companies and business groups to develop new services and products."

Toni previously served as CEO and President of Stream, a global contact center services provider. Under her direction, Stream grew from a $65M company to a $500M+ company with operations in 16 countries. Prior to joining Stream, Toni served as Vice President of Sales and Service for Diebold Incorporated where she directed one third of the US business. She also held a variety of executive and management roles over a 17 year career with IBM.

Toni holds a bachelor of business administration from Boise State University and is a graduate of executive development programs at both Wharton School of Business and Case-Western University.
